MOQ starts at 100 units on stock RSC styles. Lead time is 7–14 days from artwork sign-off. Single-wall ECT-32 and double-wall ECT-44 / ECT-48 are stocked.
Box styles Apex manufactures
RSC — Regular Slotted Carton
The standard shipping box. One piece of corrugated, scored and slotted, with flaps meeting at the centre. The default choice for general shipping and storage across most product categories. Available in single- and double-wall.
HSC — Half-Slotted Carton
An RSC without one set of flaps. Used with a separate lid or where overhead access matters (parts bins, supply boxes).
FOL — Full Overlap Slotted Carton
Outer flaps overlap to within 1 inch of the box's width. Adds cushioning on the bottom panel and stacking strength when laid on its side. The right choice for heavy or fragile items.
Five-panel wrap and cut-out wrap
Specialty styles for long or odd-shaped items. The blank wraps around the product, removing the need for a separate carton.
Telescoping boxes
A two-piece design (tray and cover) for high-value or heavy items needing top-load access without disturbing the bottom.
Die-cut and custom-shaped boxes
Custom dieline cut from a single blank. Used for retail-display boxes, kit packaging, custom inserts, and any structural design that doesn't match a standard style.
