What data Apex collects

The site collects information you provide through the contact form: name, company, email, phone, project description, and any files uploaded as part of a quote request. The site does not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers in its default configuration.

How the data is used

Submitted information is used solely to respond to your request — typically a quote, design draft, or production discussion. Files and details may be shared internally with Apex's sales, design, and production team. Information is not sold or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.

How long data is retained

Quote requests and active project files are retained for up to 7 years to support reorder requests. Closed inquiries with no follow-up are deleted after 24 months.

Cookies

The site does not set tracking cookies by default. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated and the cookie banner enabled.

How to request deletion

Email a deletion request to the address on the contact page. Apex will confirm deletion within 30 days.
